The purpose of this project was to explore new mediums of thought and to expand the imagination with the help of artificial intelligence. Oneself is a digital platform that utilises a combination of unpublished manuscripts and AI to transform unknown stories into a new form of media, providing Gen-Z with a healthy dose of entertainment through anthology stories. Aiming to assist in preventing emotional exhaustion while limiting the chances of reality avoidance. Furthermore, users are able to customise their characters and stories, creating a hybrid between gaming, film, and television.

Gen-Z are faced with increased stressors such as academic pressure, social media use and economic uncertainty. Leading to just fifteen percent of their current mental health/well-being as excellent. Finding an escape from the daily routine is essential in preventing emotional exhaustion, so exploring new ways to create these support systems is essential.
